They were great in the service & parts dept! Initially, I was having a problem reaching them by phone but found out they were short staffed ( so be patient if they don't answer right away ) any way, Avery in service helped me out quite a bit, I had a bunch of stuff I needed done on my car & she actually told me there were 2 recalls on my car & that took care of part of the reason I had came in (score deal!) want to give a huge shout out to Joe and his amazing customer service!! He IS a very patient and thoughtful and no pressure sales man which you don't see to many of these days. It took me 3 days in a row of coming back for me to decide to sign papers on the cx-9 I really wanted. He was patient with me as I never got the feeling he was put out by that.
